Shipping charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, packed order weight and dimensions, and selected shipping service.
- Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed before payment.
Where we ship
- At launch, shipping is available within the contiguous United States: the 48 adjoining states and Washington, D.C.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international shipping are unavailable at launch.
Processing and dispatch
- In-stock orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
- For pre-orders, delivery takes about 3 weeks in total from pre-order to delivery. This is an estimate; your shipment date is confirmed before payment is taken.
- Tracking will be provided after shipment. Carrier delivery dates are estimates.
Pre-order delays
- If we cannot ship by the stated shipment date, we will notify you, provide a revised date if available, and offer the choice of agreeing to the delay or canceling for a full refund.
- If you do not agree to the delay, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order. This also applies to personalized items.
