For qualifying orders placed between now and December 31, 2026, JACKS Premium Medical Apparel will offer a free replacement if your medical apparel becomes damaged within 60 days of delivery, subject to our final guarantee terms.

How to request a replacement

Contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. Our team will review your request and reply within 24 hours.
