Prices and orders
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and calculated shipping charges are shown before payment.
- Customers are responsible for checking their shipping address, selected sizes, color, inseam, and exact embroidery spelling before submitting an order.
- Availability and supported pre-order shipment estimates are shown before purchase.
Product information
- Screen settings may affect displayed colors. Some website images are digital product renderings; descriptions and confirmed garment specifications govern the order.
- Scrubs and jackets are medical apparel. They are not represented as protective equipment or as providing antimicrobial or other tested protective performance unless specifically verified.
Fulfillment and changes
- If an order cannot be fulfilled, JACKS will notify the customer and refund the affected unshipped items. Material substitutions require the customer's agreement.
- Policy changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing orders.
- Nothing in these policies limits rights provided by applicable law.
